How we use your enquiry

Who receives your information

Enquiries submitted on this website are received by the Shaktigiri Vidyaranyam organising team. Only authorised administrators can view them, through a password-protected area of the site.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the form: your name and mobile number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address, city or town, country, preferred contact method and message. We also record the type of enquiry, the language and page you sent it from, the time it was sent, and the wording of the consent you gave.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. To protect the form from abuse, a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your connection is kept for a short time to limit repeated submissions.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to share information about the Jeeva Naadi program, contribution opportunities or volunteering — using the contact details you provided. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not publish it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of that contact, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted. Please write to us through the contact form (choose “General information”), quoting your enquiry reference if you have it. We will act on verified requests without undue delay.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, enquiry data is stored in a protected database, and administrator access requires an individual sign-in.

Payments

This website does not take payments and does not ask for bank or card details. Please only contribute through channels that the organising team confirms with you directly.
